The Art of Protest exhibit has been extended through October 26. Sharat Lin collected these protest posters of the 60s and 70s. The Art of Protest: Silk screen posters of the 1960s-1970s tell a local story of social protest relating to the Vietnam war, the military draft, the civil rights movement, political reform efforts, and state repression in the United States. Bob Fitch, noted photojournalist and former RCNV staff member, died in 2016. RCNV now has a large collection of Bob’s photos, thanks to Liz Reid and the Pajaro Valley Arts Council.
