We can also be on the receiving end of others’ a nger and frustration in these settings.\n\nWhy does this happen? How does it affect us? How can we respond? De-escalation skills are key in helping people (including ourselves) reduce anger and increase the calmness and cl arity that allow us to deal with immediate problems and issues more effect ively.\n\nThis course will help you:\n\n\n Investigate the way that stres s increases our potential for anger and reactivity.\n Understand the phys iology of anger.\n Learn and practice techniques for de-escalating anger and conflict with role plays and real-life examples.\n A minimum of eight participants are required for the training to proceed. If the date is cha nged\, the registration fee can be refunded or moved to the next training session.\n\nPlease note our cancellation policy:\nWe understand that plans can change\, and we strive to accommodate our participants while maintain ing the quality of our training programs.
