Santa Cruz County Community Coalition to Overcome Racism (SCCCCOR) invites you to attend a free public screening of the World Trust film “Cracking the Codes: The System of Racial Inequity.” Come learn about the causes and consequences of systemic racial inequity with small group discussions. “This event is both challenging and uplifting, and is suitable for racial equity advocates as well as those who are new to the topic.” – World Trust
 
The film examines:
·         Social Determinants: History, identity, & Culture
·         Internal Components: Bias, Privilege, Internalized Racism
·         External Relationships: Interpersonal, Institutional, Structural
