This workshop will detail the fundamentals of Gandhi’s principles and practice of nonviolence and the radical challenge they pose for our troubled times. It will be led by Dan Hirsch, who taught nonviolence at UCLA and UC Santa Cruz and for nearly fifty years has worked with the peace and environmental group the Committee to Bridge the Gap.
