In 2015 over a half million refugees, most fleeing the war in Syria, passed through a small fishing village on the island of Lesvos, Greece. It’s a year later; the villagers are gathered for a festival in a taverna near the shore and stories of the crisis unfold in many forms.
This unique theater piece incorporates movement, characters, storytelling, music and features a multi-talented ensemble of ten actors working in both traditional and physical theater styles.
