5p.m.- Presentation and Q and A with Brown Berets and Cuba Caravan speaker. 6:30p.m.- Potluck Dinner, Bring a dish to share! 7p.m.- Film Showing of “People to People!,” a new documentary about the Cuba Caravan.
Join us for a fun afternoon of solidarity, action, education, and fundraising as we send off two Brown Beret women to the 2010 Pastors for Peace Cuba Caravan. The caravan is a nonviolent direct action against the illegal, immoral, and failed foreign policy the U.S. Government has waged against the island nation for almost 50 years.
