Perfect for events or meetings. You also have the option of renting our community kitchen for potlucks, meals or fundraisers.

Can I do a site visit to see if the space will work for our event?
Yes! We would love to have you come check our our space to make sure it will work for you. Please contact carlos@rcnv.org.
What types of events can you accomodate?
Our space can be configured for both large and small events. Scott Kennedy Hall can accommodate up to 196 people for seated theater-style events. The Unity room can seat up to 60 people for lecture-style events and can also be set for parties and mixer-style gatherings. We also have a small meeting room that can accommodate 10 people around a table. For larger events we can use the entire building and parking lot.
What form of payment do you take?
We can take cash or check only at this time. If you need other arrangements please let us know.
When is payment due?
We will take a deposit before your event and expect full payment be made prior to or no later than the day of your event.
What sort of food service supplies do you have?
We are a green facility with place settings for up to 60 people as well as access to a commercial dishwasher to wash everything. We also have large water carafes, 100 cup coffee percolator, cups, mugs, etc. Everything you should need if you are serving food. Just ask!
Is food allowed in the whole building?
Food may be served in the Unity Room. We DO NOT allow food in the carpeted areas of the building including the entrance foyer and Scott Kennedy Hall. However water may be served in these areas.
How far out can you book and event?
We typically book 3–6 months out with our peak times being in the spring and fall. Call as soon as you have your date so that we can make sure to reserve it for you.

Pricing for non-profits available at very reasonable rental rates. We make our space available for community groups, businesses, conferences, art events, small-scale video production, and performances.
