Ira Sandperl Passed away on April 13, 2013. He was a strong intellectual figure in the nonviolence world, loved and cherished by many. His memorial service was organized by Molly Black, his former wife who looked after Ira all these years. It took place at Peninsula School in Menlo Park on June 2, 2013. The memorial service was in turn moving, funny and outrageous. The stories and memories brought Ira back to life. Here’s a video that captures the event well.
